RNB Group were appointed by British Red Cross to support their ambitious plans to re-develop their direct mail packs. Working closely with the fundraising team, we set about building a successful plan which would see us push boundaries while maintaining low costs.
We reviewed the charity’s extensive direct mail programme which included monthly mailings to circa 500,000, a door drop to 10 million doorsteps and packs to their regular givers and legacy pledgers. We have helped drive down costs by working closely with the Red Cross fundraising team to plan campaigns and negotiate discounts with our preferred suppliers.
For client peace of mind we put in place a contingency plan, which allowed us to stay ahead of the game. This guaranteed we hit those crucial mail dates.
We have also successfully delivered a multi-item door drop pack delivered to 2 million UK homes!
