Our laser printers can print on uncoated, gloss and silk paper up to 350gsm.  We can laser in black or full colour and have a total A4 sheet capacity of over 1 million pages per day.

Document Inkjetting

Our full colour inkjet printers can print on uncoated paper up to 150gsm, up to SRA3 in size.  Inkjet quality is not quite on a par with laser printing, but can be a much more cost effective solution for items such as statements, invoices and general post that needs a splash of colour for a fraction of the price.


We can mono or colour inkjet onto pre-printed or plain envelopes up to C4 in size, allowing for full personalisation of every item, including variable images.

Our fast drying mono ink technology can print onto almost any surface, including plastic, so you can rest assured your postcards, one-piece mailers and envelopes will look their best with zero smudging.

RNB Group's colour inkjet printers give you more creative freedom, allowing every envelope or postcard to be truly unique and super targeted.

Open All Hours

We operate 24 hours on lasering from 6am Monday - 10pm Friday so when your approval deadline comes at the end of a working day, we can produce your job through the night, ready for enclosing the next morning at 6am.



Enclosing by machine is the cheapest way to fulfil your mailing.  Our enclosing machines can enclose over 47,000 packs per hour and run intelligent matching and closed loop technology.


From folders to glue dots, pop-up cubes to custom sizes, our Hand Finishing department are here to do all those jobs that can't be done via machine.

Our team consists of over 30 experienced individuals - employed full time and dedicated to the cause.  For daily mailings, we assign a set team to your work so they live, sleep and breath your brand and take good care of your packs.

Camera Matching

Our enclosing machines are fitted with camera technology to read in each letter as it is inserted and confirm it has been enclosed correctly on exit.

The cameras also allow us to match up to 3 items together such as a letter, donation form and outer envelope.  This is a particular favourite of our Charity customers and we've invested heavily in the best software and equipment for the job.


Polywrapping shows of your brochure or newsletter whilst protecting it from the elements and not covering it up in an envelope, allowing you to show off the cover and address your mailing by inkjetting directly onto the item or by including an address carrier sheet.


Royal Mail

Our relationship with Royal Mail enables us to offer postage discounts and arrange collection and delivery of your mailings.

Royal Mail are the only provider to offer a 1st Class service.  Their Economy service (delivery in 4 working days) offers the best available rate when posting over 4000 Letter sized items, or over 1000 Large Letter sized items.


We have accounts with Whistl, Citipost, UK Mail and other DSA providers to offer you the best possible rates on 2nd Class service post.

Door Drops

We can arrange your door drop of unaddressed post to be delivered by Royal Mail's postal delivery service. 

Door drops are a cost effective way of delivering your marketing message at a huge saving off the cost of addressed mail postage.

Next Day Courier

For larger items, it can be more cost effective to send via courier than the higher cost of parcel post. 

We can offer a fully tracked service via email and SMS - down to the exact delivery place in the drivers daily schedule and a one hour delivery window with the option to allow the customer to change their delivery slot.
